Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. All sales are final.  We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product. 

Our Wellness does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to ourwellnesspursuit@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace for you. 

Shipping Domestic & International: We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Our Wellness is not responsible for delays that occur due to international customs issues, nor any additional fees or taxes that your country may require.
